Simmering spats over the extent of Jefferson Parish Inspector General David McClintock's access to parish personnel, documents and buildings bubbled up again this week, with the top aide to Parish President Mike Yenni telling the Parish Council that administration officials were working to change the ordinance that governs the Office of the Inspector General.
