Jefferson Parish's donations of surplus vehicles to other governmental entities strays from parish ordinances and conflicts with administrative policy, Inspector General David McClintock said in a new report Tuesday (July 21). The report focuses on donations of 20 vehicles, including two buses that the parish bought and immediately gave to Grand Isle and Jean Lafitte for free.
